The meet location is a large public parking lot, but it will be a challenge to follow them out of the parking lot because there are many different ways they can go. We will need to have surveillance spread out and we will need as much manpower as possible. Additionally, the UC has talked down the price of meth; extra approved funding will be used to purchase approximately 100 fentanyl pills. The prison broker has agreed to this at the same time and location we are receiving the meth.

Second update—I spoke with DEA group who bought from Romero last week. They said that they got powder fentanyl, and she even said that the broke it off of a brick. So that is another possible type of drug we can anticipate seizing.

Second update—I spoke with DEA group who bought from Romero last week. They said that they got powder fentanyl, and she even said that the broke it off of a brick. So that is another possible type of drug we can anticipate seizing.
